Pre Meeting

ALTRIA GROUP, INC. will host its Annual Meeting of Shareholders virtually via live webcast on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., Eastern Time. Shareholders as of the close of business on March 25, 2026, the record date for the Annual meeting, or their duly authorized proxies, are entitled to vote and submit questions online during the meeting.

If you would like to attend the Annual Meeting and you have the 16-digit control number (included on the proxy card, Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials, voting instruction form or e-delivery notification sent to shareholders), you may log in up to 30 minutes prior to the start of the meeting. If you are not a shareholder as of the close of business on March 25, 2026 or do not have a control number, you may still access the meeting as a guest using the Guest Login. Guests will not be able to submit questions or vote during the meeting.
